Orders:
IEC & Technos products are sold through our dealers.
If you are searching for a dealer, please contact us.
We reserve the right to sell directly to our export customers and some TAFE and University customers. We also service end-user customers for repairs and spare parts.
Orders are placed by emailing iec@iecpl.com.au
Orders are dispatched in order of receipt. If your order is very urgent, please indicate this on your official order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Both IEC & Technos endeavour to keep items in stock however, this is not always possible. If an item is not in stock it will be placed on back-order for you.
Back-orders are dispatched once the product is available. Back-orders incur a freight charge.
Pricing:
IEC & Technos are committed to keeping our prices stable.
We release a new retail/wholesale price list every year. We do not increase pricing on all the products every year. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are required to increase a price before our new listing is released.
Mash Baths, special engineering projects or large exported Tenders are quoted. If you have a quote request, please contact us.
GST:
All pricing is exclusive of GST.
Export orders are not subjected to GST.
Visa & Mastercard accepted
Freight:
Orders are dispatched via our freight company and the freight charge is added to your invoice. If you would like to use your nominated freight company, please indicate details on your purchase order.
Direct Deliveries:
It is our policy not to send direct deliveries to customers on behalf of our Dealers, however we understand that if an item is required urgently exceptions can be made. If you require a direct delivery please contact us.Returns:
No returns will be accepted unless by prior arrangement. If you need to return a product, please contact us.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for ‘change of mind’ returns.
Return freight expenses are the customer’s responsibility.
Warranty:
Both IEC & Technos products are covered by a standard six month warranty. Warranty claims are to be made in writing. Warranty claims may be rejected if the product has been mishandled or if the fault has been caused by customer misuse.
Service and Repairs:
Industrial Equipment & Control service and repair all our products.
We do not service or repair any IEC copy products. Beware that IEC copy products are being sold into the Australian market.
To help you identify if the product is genuine, look for the IEC logo or send us an image of the product and we will identify it for you.
Customer Accounts:
For non-customer account purchases, customers are required to pre-pay for goods prior to shipping. If you wish to pay on account, please contact us to obtain a Credit Account Application Form.
Terms:
Our payment terms are 30 days.
Overseas Terms:
Unless your company has an account or has agreed terms in place, we require 100% of the value of the invoice by Telegraphic Transfer prior to the goods being dispatched.
Privacy:
IEC & Technos respect your privacy and confidentiality and we affirm our commitment to the National Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act of the Commonwealth of Australia. The information you send us when placing an order will only be used to process your order and help answer any questions you may contact us. We will not use your information for other purposes.
