Millikan's Apparatus, nebuliser (atomiser) with latex hose, hypodermic needle and 'puffer'. The nebuliser can be unscrewed and loaded with a few ml of latex solution and connected to the 'puffer' at the bottom and by the latex hose to the Millikan Cell at the top. When 'puffed' with air, some atomised particles of latex gain a static charge in the latex hose and move via a hypodermic needle into the cell.
