Instructions:
Press ON/OFF to switch on thermometer
Press C/F deg button to change from celsius to Fahrenheit
Range: -50 to 150

Caution:
Always keep thermometer head away from direct heat or cold
The probe is very sensitive - do not use abrasive material to clean the probe
Do not use in a microwave or conventional oven
